2008 Forest Lake Soccer Tournament

LOCATION CHANGE: The tournament has been moved to Columbus Elementary School.

DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of 35E/35W and 694 go North on 35E or 35W until the second Forest Lake exit which is Broadway (or CR 2). At the lights at top of exit turn left (west) and proceed approximately two miles until you get to Notre Dame Road. (Cross Roads Church will be on your left). Turn left onto Notre Dame and go 1/4 mile past the church to Columbus Elementary on the left. Parking is on the south side of the school. Playing fields are back behind the school and playground to the east. Limited parking is also available in the rear of the church parking lot near the SE corner. A trail leads south to the playing fields.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 2, 2008

Teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Six teams will be accepted in each age group, for each gender.

Age Groups Offered

§ U9, boys and girls, non-competitive Maroon/Gold, with participant medals ($200 Team)

§ U10, boys and girls, non-competitive Maroon/Gold, with participant medals ($200 Team)

§ U11, boys and girls, competitive Classic 2/Classic 3, with trophies ($225 Team)

§ U12, boys and girls, competitive Classic 1/Classic 2/Classic 3, with trophies ($225 Team)

REGISTER BEFORE APRIL 15, 2008, AND RECEIVE A $25 DISCOUNT!

GAME INFORMATION: All teams will play at least three games. All games will consist of two 20-minute halves. There will be no overtime periods. Teams will complete only against those in their age bracket.

All games will be played at Columbus Elementary School.

Be sure to submit your team roster by May 24, 2008, to be included in the tournament handbook!
