LITTLE KICKERS REGISTRATION: Little Kickers information for the Spring 2010 season can be found on the Little Kicker page.
The following information is needed for all players to register for summer league:

Player Registration
Form.
- Registration payment.
- Fundraiser fee of $50 written as a separate check.

Parent/Guardian
Agreement - signed and dated.

Emergency Information
(doctor and dentist names, addresses, telephone, and health insurance
policy numbers).

Uniform order form.

FLAA Parent Code of
Conduct - signed and dated.
-
FLAA Player Code of
Conduct- signed and dated.
-
Copy of birth
certificate (if new to club, otherwise FLSA has a copy on file).

Small picture (required
for MYSA players pass).
Third Child
Discount:
If you register three or more children for summer traveling league,
whom you are
legally responsible for and living in your household, a $25 discount per
family will apply.
(All
registrations MUST be turned in together to be eligible)
**NEW Payment Plan Option***
In order to encourage and enable more families to take advantage
of the Early Bird Discount of $25, we will accept registrations that
include two separate checks for the
registration fee. One check must be for $100 or more and will be deposited
on January 4; a second check
for the balance must also be included with the registration paperwork,
however it may be postdated up to
February 1, and will be deposited by February 13. If both checks are
included and postmarked by December 31,
the Early Bird discount may be deducted from your child's fee. As of
January 1, 2010, Early Bird Discount no longer
applies.
Family Discount can be taken for the 3rd child U9-19 from the same family, all players must be registered at the same time.

Age on July
31, 2010 determines soccer age level.
Developmental Travel: Introduction to traveling soccer with emphasis on skill development vs. winning. Smaller field size and sides (6 v 6).

Competitive
Travel:
Focused on further skill development and team play. Larger fields with
larger sides (8 v 8).
