Registration – Summer 2008

REGISTRATION: Registration for 2008 traveling soccer has now closed.

UNIFORM FEE DISCOUNT: If your player is planning to re-use their uniform from last year, you are eligible for a $30 discount.

The following information is needed for all players to register:

• Player Registration Form.
• Parent/Guardian Agreement - signed and dated.
• Emergency Information (doctor and dentist names, addresses, telephone, and health insurance policy numbers).
• Uniform order form.
• FLAA Parent Code of Conduct - signed and dated.
• FLAA Player Code of Conduct- signed and dated.
• Copy of birth certificate (if new to club, otherwise FLSA has a copy on file).
• Small picture (required for MYSA players pass).

Fee Structure for 2008

Age on July 31, 2008 determines soccer age level.

Third Child Discount: If you register three or more children, whom you are legally responsible for and living in your household, a $25 discount for each child shall apply.

Age Levels

Age on July 31, 2008 determines soccer age level.

Developmental Travel: Introduction to traveling soccer with emphasis on skill development vs. winning. Smaller field size and sides (6 v 6) to develop skills.

U9: Born August 1, 1998 to July 31, 1999
U10: Born August 1, 1997 to July 31, 1998

Competitive Travel: Focused on further skill development and team play. Larger fields with larger sides (8 v 8).

U11: Born August 1, 1996 to July 31, 1997
U12: Born August 1, 1995 to July 31, 1996

Competitive Travel: Designed for players with prior soccer playing experience. Full field size and full sides (11 v 11).

U13: Born August 1, 1994 to July 31, 1995

U14: Born August 1, 1993 to July 31, 1994

U15: Born August 1, 1992 to July 31, 1993

U16: Born August 1, 1991 to July 31, 1992

U17: Born August 1, 1990 to July 31, 1991

U18: Born August 1, 1989 to July 31, 1990
